2020-21 Registration is Open

Hello Riverdale members and hopeful new members!

While many elements of the upcoming season are still being figured out, it’s time to start gathering information on who will be returning to the Riverdale Curling League this fall. No payment is required at this time, as we understand many may be waiting to learn more about how the league will operate. A few team and individual slots remain open – submit your registration ASAP to avoid the waiting list!

Not sure if you want to come back yet? You can register and indicate your status as “unsure”. We understand that not everyone is ready to decide just yet. Letting us know your interest still helps us plan.

2020-2021 Fees: (unchanged from last year)

  • 1 payment of $190 for the first half, and
  • 1 payment (amount to be determined, estimated to be $155) for the second half, including possible discounts/rebates/schedule changes
  • No additional cost for paying in installments, unlike previous years

  1. Have only one member of your team fill out the 2020-21 Pre-Registration Form.
    • Please ensure that we have an updated phone number and email address for every member of your team. This year is especially important considering that we may have to do contact tracing.
Teams without contact info entered for all players cannot be confirmed.
  2. You will receive an automatic response acknowledging receipt of your pre-registration form. This is NOT an official confirmation of registration.
  3. We will follow up with a confirmation of registration once a slot is confirmed available.
    • At this time, every member of your team will be asked to digitally sign a waiver indicating you understand the risks of curling during the pandemic, our normal league waiver, and to acknowledge that you’ve reviewed Rowan’s Law.
    • Unlike in previous years, you will not need to make payment at this time.
  4. We will follow up with greater details on how the league will operate in September, and request payment of some fees at that time.

Enjoy the rest of your summer, and I look forward to seeing you (safely) on the ice in October!
