Registration Notes:

  1. Registration is now open for out-of-town teams. Send an email to with your team info and contact info (email and phone).
  2. Rotators members can can register beginning October 16; Riverdale members can register starting October 27. Click here for printable registration forms: DOCX (Word) format, PDF format
  3. Your team is NOT registered until full payment of $440 for the whole team has been received ($110 per person).  Teams wishing to have a fifth player would need to pay an additional $60.
  4. Registration fees should be submitted by Interac e-transfer to:
  5. If a team has registered and then wishes to withdraw later, a 50% refund will be considered.
  6. Registration will be done based on a first-come, first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
  7. A Friday night welcome party and check-in will be held on November 22, from 7-8p, to draw your Saturday morning start time. Location:  Pegasus, 489B Church St.
  8. The closing awards banquet is on Sunday evening, beginning around 7:30p.
